About The Founder:
Georgia Brownlee

In 2009 Georgia discovered yoga and meditation after breaking her back. She was in desperate need of some natural pain relief and a practice that would assist in gaining full mobility back in her body. Georgia had explored many avenues but it was yoga and meditation that really clicked and became an integral part of her rehabilitation.

Having experienced firsthand the incredible impact yoga and meditation can have both physically & mentally, Georgia felt inspired to share it with others. She started out teaching family & friends before seriously considering teaching yoga and meditation professionally.

With a background in business management and entrepreneurship, it was a natural progression for Georgia to evolve her passions into a thriving business. Connecting the corporate world with her network of health practitioners, Georgia founded Sydasana Workplace Wellness in 2016.

Since this time demand has organically grown to expand Sydasana into the dynamic business that it is today; creating happy, healthy, and high functioning work environments all around Australia.

Why workplace wellness matters

Workday exercise not only improves well-being but participants noted a 72% improvement in time management and workload completed on days when they exercised.

Furthermore, employers who implemented meditation programs for their employees saw an 85% decrease in absenteeism.

"It is a privilege to be of service in bringing wellness to the workplace. Working hard and staying healthy are not mutually exclusive. With an integrated approach we can create highly productive workplaces free of stress and burnout; redefining what it means to be “successful”.
