    Guided mindfulness-based, stress reduction techniques to calm, replenish and focus the mind.

    A series of exercises to strengthen and tone the whole body. Helps with injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  • Run Club & Walk Fit

    Guided inner city trails to build time and distance. Walk Fit includes a walking meditation.

  • Barre

    Exercises inspired by ballet, in rhythm to music. "Bar-less" style classes possible.

  • HIIT

    High intensity interval training for a strong cardio workout. Indoors or outdoors.

  • Boot Camp

    Guided circuit exercises with a personal trainer to motivate and build fitness levels.

  • Zumba & Dance

    Guided Zumba, or dance classes. Anything from Hip Hop, contemporary, ballet etc.

  • Boxing

    Guided boxing exercises to build fitness and strength. Equipment provided.

  • Martial Arts & Self Defence

    Martial arts principles meet practical self-defence tactics for a fun and upbeat workplace workout.
