30 days to develop your own mindfulness practice. A great exercise for beginners and new teams, this experience includes a meditation challenge workbook to keep the participants on track with their progress.
Tea and journaling experience
Inspired by traditional tea ceremonies, participants will be guided through tea drinking as a meditation, guided through reflection and given the opportunity to journal throughout the experience. All participants are encouraged to bring their own journal. If desired, additional mindful elements such as visualisations or mood cards can be incorporated to elevate the overall experience.
Cacao ritual
Inspired by Mayan and Aztec Cacao ceremony, participants will be guided through cacao drinking as a mindfulness exercise guided alongside some goal or intention setting. This workshop makes for an interesting take on mindfulness for foodies and chocolate lovers alike. Additional mindful eating elements can be paired with the cacao for a truly sumptuous experience.
Some sessions can include a take home healthy treat for a mindful eating exercise.

Q: How long does a workshop typically last? A:These lunch and learn style workshops can be customised to fit your schedule, typically lasting 45mins.
Q: What materials are needed for the workshop?A: Our facilitators will provide all the necessary materials and resources for the activity you have chosen. This said, we do liaise with you in the weeks prior to the event to ensure we have on-site parking/loading space, an onsite contact and security contact and/or dock master contact to ensure the event can run smoothly. Workshops can be hosted seated on the floor on yoga mats or floor pillows, or on chairs in a conference room theatre style.
