    Like art therapy, mindfulness, and wine tasting all in one! The perfect way to gather your workplace community to wind down and get creative. Guided art session with all materials provided for take home creations. Wine + catering organised separately.

  • Mindfulness

    Perfect for Mindful May or a workplace Mental Health Month. Choose from our 3x tiered packages: Mindfulness mini series, Mindful Masters, or our One month Mindfulness Challenge. Enquire for more details.

  • Nutrition

    Learn about nutrition and how healthy habits can sustain high energy throughout the whole day. We all know our gut is our second brain, so let’s learn about it! Healthy treats included, and some take home tips to try at home.

  • Sound Meditation

    An incredible antidote to stress and burnout, if your team needs some RnR! Deeply restorative reclined meditation receiving the sounds of tibetan bowls, binaural beats, and a guided relaxation body scan.

  • Mini Massages

    Set up a mini massage station for back to back 15min express sessions to release tension and de-stress! Over a 3hr block, 12 blissful massages spots are up for grabs.

  • Indigenous RAP Workshops

    We can help with your workplace Reconciliation Action Plan. Bring Aboriginal culture to the workplace with a Dot Painting workshop, or an Australian native Smudge Stick making workshop. Fun and educational.

  • Clay Play

    Make your own clay mug to take home after it's glazed and fired! Perfect as a fun and interactive mindfulness activity, or as an end of year celebration or gift giving exercise. All materials, tuition, firing, glazing, and return of finished ceramics provided.

  • Ayurveda

    Learn about Ayurvedic medicine and practices. Take a guided "dosha quiz" and learn about ideal diet and lifestyle choices for your dosha.

  • Breath Work

    Learn different breath techniques to energise the body, as well as techniques to calm the nervous system. These are exercises that once learned you can take with you to use when you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed, or tired and unmotivated.
